Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching tem everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

Water Shortage

(Psalm 84 v 5 – 7)

Blessed is the man......

The writer moves seamlessly from plural to singular expression

This part is not about a group

But about one in a relationship

With one other.

And, things are about to get difficult.

Dry.

In the valley of Baca (weeping)

But, here it comes.

The rain – and not just any rain

The early rain.

The kind that falls in the autumn (over there)

The kind that nourishes sprouting things

And gives strength.

It all begins with this realisation:

Blessed is the man whose strength is in you

Each one must have their own revelation of this

For each one of these, even in Baca, the rain will fall.

And keep falling.

All the way up to Zion.

Let it rain.
