Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching tem everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

Who Has The Power Anyway?

(2 Kings 13 v 20 & 21)

OK, things may have been a bit tough.

Maybe very tough.

But we're not dead yet, unlike the prophet.

However, we may just feel a bit "dead" sometimes

You know - on the inside.

Of course where we need to change (or repent)

We should.

(Get back into fellowship and recharge, or spend some time in the presence of God).

But let's not pretend that if we feel that we don't have any power

That we actually don't.

Because, even when he was dead, and buried,

God's power worked through the prophet's bones.

Bringing life to another (who was really dead).

Whenever we think that we are having a "dry day"

Let's consider the Source

And this thought:

God's power worked through a dead man who was devoted to him.

Now, that is something to think about!
