Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching tem everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

Not about the miracle

(John 11)

Not everything is about what we think it's about.

Sometimes there is a much bigger purpose

A deeper reason.

Jesus said that even this seemingly hopeless situation was "for" something

"This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory?"

But we can have an understandable fixation.

That the miracle is about ?.the miracle

The healing itself

The provision itself

The deliverance itself

The salvation itself

But, no.

None of these things.

It is about God, and his glory.

Miracles of whatever kind are an expression of his glory, his presence.

And wherever his glory is, where his presence is, the miracles will follow.

That is why seeking his face is so vital for our life with him.
